Using the property feature

You may not have this feature as it is an extra which will only be available if you have upgraded to it. Please see the extras tab for more details about this.

If you have already got this feature then please press the property tab:

When you are on this page you will see several options. If you have already added some properties then you will see them listed under the heading Manage Properties.

All the properties listed have the option to remove and edit. To remove the property just click the remove red banner on the image, please note this will remove the property permanently. To edit the property just click Edit under the asking price.

Adding a new property

If you would like to add a property click the Add Property text link.

This will take you to the add property page where you can start adding properties. There is 4 sections to adding your property which are detailed below:

Section 1:

Select Page: Select the page which you wish the property to appear on, you must have added a page with the type property from the add page section.
Price: You can either select P/M which is per month for renting or N/A which will just make it one set price for sale.

Section 2 - Address:

Here you just fill in the address of the property you have for sale or rent.

Section 3 - Property Details:

This section is all about the property and like how many bedrooms and heating type.

Section 4 - Images:

You can add up to 5 images per property just click on the browse button and find the image on your computer. Valid Formats: .jpg .jpeg .png .gif and please make sure your images are under 500kb each.

Once all the informaiton is in place just press the Submit button to add the property.
