Setting up your email account
To setup your e-mail you need to open up Microsoft Outlook. Once you have done this then click on tools at the top of the page and then e-mail accounts as shown below.

On the screen that then appears select “add a new e-mail account” and click next.

On the following screen select POP3 and click next.

On next screen fill in the boxes as shown below but replace mywebsite.co.uk with your domain name. Your password will be supplied to your by your web designer:

Once you have done this then click on test account settings and if everything is working correctly all the tests will get a green tick next to them. Click next and then finish. Your email should now be setup correctly, to receive your e-mails click on the send/receive button at the top of outlook.
