August News

We have completed a number of websites this month including www.etssolution.com which we have been working hard on for the last 5 months. We have completed a few new updates to the content management system which include:

 Enquiry Catcher
At present all enquiries sent via the enquiry form are sent directly to your email address, now we have built a system where all enquiries sent are also added to your database where you can view / delete via your admin panel. This will be handy if you have multiple offices so that the enquiry can be dealt with no matter which office you are based at.

 Property Feature
We have made several updates to our property feature which include an extra 5 images for the upload, floor plan feature so you can upload the floor plan and also the long awaited virtual tour has been added so you can add the video format to the property.

September News

We have been very busy this month with a large database driven website we are currently working on. We have really stretched ourselves with this project putting all the latest CSS, Ajax & Smarty PHP technology. More will be released regarding this project soon.

We have not had chance to complete as much updates as we would have liked on our content management system this month but hope to complete a lot more next month such as map pages, fading banners & reviews to our eCommerce software.

We are also now offering our custom database driven websites as we have now been fully updated in all web standards. If you have an idea which you want to turn into reality then we can help. Just give us a ring and we will plan out the whole process. If could be a lot cheaper than you think.

July News

We have been very busy this month with new and existing clients so have not been able to complete as many updates as we would have liked.

We have still managed to complete several updates to our ecommerce system and have a lot more updates planned. The updates we have currently complete are as follows:

2 x new payment options added. These include paypal payments pro and secure trading. For instant payment methods.

International shipping options for customers who wish to ship internationally.

These have both been added to the software automatically so there is no upgrade needed.

We also now have a new links add-on which allows users to submit their links to your website. Upon submission you will be emailed and will have to approve the link before appearing on your website. All links can be controlled via your admin panel. Along with the addition we have also created a rating feedback system which allows your customers to post their feedback with a star rating of your service to them.
Again this will have to be approved before it is added to your website and can also be controlled via your admin panel.

Current updates include blog add on and also a interactive forum but there is not current release date for these.

June News

We have a wide selection of new and exciting products and services to offer this month which we are quite proud of and hope you will benefit from them. The first bit of good news is that our ecommerce software is now complete. This gives us the flexibility to customise your website to your needs. Unlike other ecommerce programs that restrict you to their format, our programme gives us the freedom to create your website exactly how you want it.

As like our other applications we have designed the system with the search engines in mind and you will benefit from your website ranking high amongst other competitors. With a very easy to use content management system even the least computer literate people can use with ease.

We also now offer some new services which you may find interesting which includes shop signage, so if you are a new business or existing then we can supply shop / window signage to go with your new website or artwork. We now also offer eBook brochures which we have been building more and more for clients. In today's greener world businesses are looking at ways to cut back on printing and an eBook is the perfect way to do that. Instead of giving your customer a printed booklet why not give them an eBook which will not only help save the environment but will save you money also.

New Registration and Members System in CMS

We have just finished implementing our brand new member system into our content management system. This basically gives you the facility to allow your customers to register on your website and login with a username and password. This will be great if you wish to secure certain pages on your website and only allow members to access these pages. You can secure pages with a click of a button by going to your manage pages section and secure button next to the page you wish to secure.

You can also add, edit and delete members through your cms system so you have full control over the system. We will soon be implementing a SMS and email system into the members section so you can email or text any of your members instantly.

New Ingroup Ecommerce Solution Coming Soon

We are currently in the process of building our very own e-commerce application for our customers. This comes due to a nessacity for a easy to use and manage sytem for our clients. We was previously using a program called Actinic which although an advanced sytem it did not give us the flexability that our new system does. Also we have found that a lot of ecommerce programs these days do not have the end user in mind and can be very difficult to update for the average user.

Our new system has you in mind and we will promise you will find it very easy to use. Within your panel you can Add, Edit & Delete categories with optional picture and description for each. Add, Edit,
Delete products which allow multiple images, title, description, price etc and a host of other features which you will be able to see from our demo.

We are currently in the process of changing the way our cms system works. Currently you have to upload your images via the image bank and files via the file bank. This is all going to change and the image / file bank are going to be removed. Images and files are going to be added via the add page section and will make it far easier than before. Another big change is going to be with the gallery. Instead on adding and deleting you gallery image through the gallery page you will be able to change these through the page itself. We are also changing the way you view your properties as currently you cannot
filter these which makes it difficult when managing them. You will be able to view your properties in a list format and filter by area, price, bedrooms etc. Full tutorials will be made for all these new features so you can pick up the changes very easily.

Car Window Tinting Quote System

We have just introduced a new paid feature to our content management system which is aimed at car tinting companies in aim to attract more business via there website. The way the system works is to add a form on your website which allows users to select their car make and model. They will then be taken to a form where they enter their Name, Telephone Number, Email Address and Address. Once the user has entered these details they will be automatically sent an email with a quote for their windows to be tinted. The added bonus of this feature is that all the potential customers details are saved in your content manage system so you have all their details if you wish to chase up the lead with a phone call.

We have had some really positive feedback on this method and works extreamly well for our exsisting customers. All the car makes, models and prices are pre entered so there is no work for you invloved. You can edit any of the car makes, models and prices if you wish and can also add and delete as you want. This really is the perfect tool for and car window tinting company and can bring you 100's of potential new jobs. One of our latest clients has already recieved 97 enquiries since the 2nd March when his website went live. That is only in a 6 week period, so it really is a super effective way to retrieve enquiries.

To see how the system works please see screen shots below:

First the user selects their car make & model from a pre-set selection.

Once the user has selected their make & model they then enter their details.

The details will then be stored in your database and the user will be emailed with a price for completing the job.

You can browse all the potential clients from your admin panel to see their email, telephone number etc.
