This does not include your 28 day guarantee which you are also covered on also. All our new web design and ecommerce services are covered by this gurantee.

Do you want to claim?
If you wish to claim back your money as you believe you have found a price which beats ours then all you have to do is contact us via our contact form. You must supply us with full evidence of the price by either supplying an adverisment, quotation on headed paper, leaflet or photograph.
Once we have recieved your claim it may take upto 14 days to process. If you are successful you will recieve your funds immediately, otherwise you will recieve notification of why your cliam was unsucessful.
Terms & Conditions
This promise only applies to new web design packages and ecommerce packages from registered companies based in the Lancashire area. It does not apply to other other service that we offer including domain names, hosting, updates, promotion and changes.
This services that are being compared must be:
1. The exact same service as the one taken/bought.
2. The lower price must have been available within a 5 day period immediately after original purchase was made from Ingroup Media.
3. Available immediately for purchase within the UK
